3D Structure Viewer ​

The 3D Structure Viewer displays protein or molecular structure files.

Use it for ​

  • inspecting PDB, mmCIF, and CIF structure artifacts;
  • opening PDB/mmCIF/CIF files;
  • checking whether the predicted structure artifact is present and readable.

Inputs ​

  • Structure file: PDB, mmCIF, CIF.
  • Display style: cartoon, stick, line, or sphere.

How to read the result ​

Use the viewer to check whether the structure loaded and whether the overall shape looks plausible. The visual preview does not validate scientific quality by itself. Read confidence outputs and provenance together with the structure.
